Support our farm, receive 20 boxes of veggies!
Based on the Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) model, our farm share gives you the chance to help cover our upfront expenses, such as seeds, tools, and compost during the early part of the growing season.
In exchange, you get a weekly supply of vegetables delivered from our farm to a centrally located pickup site in Seattle or on Vashon. You will also receive an email newsletter containing updates from our farm, information about the week's harvest, and suggestions for using your veggies in delicious and exciting ways. Finally, all members will receive an invitation to an appreciation event at our farm on Vashon.
What to expect (please read this section before clicking the sign-up button at the bottom of the page):
20 farm share boxes, delivered weekly, beginning in early-to-mid June and ending in late October or early November. Start and end dates will depend on the weather. We will take one week off from the season in July.
Each box will contain seven to twelve vegetables corresponding with the season. For example, early season boxes will lean on crops that thrive in cool weather, such as mizuna, bok choy, and hakurei turnips. Later season boxes will bring summer's bounty of tomatoes, eggplant, and cucumbers.
Every member may elect to skip a week in exchange for a make-up box, which will be delivered one week after the last box of the regular season.
In keeping with Tian Tian Farm's origins, your boxes will include (but not be limited to) vegetables relevant to East Asian cultures, particularly Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Taiwanese cuisines.
We will deliver on Wednesdays to pickup sites in Seattle. One pickup site will be near Columbia City. Other pickup sites will be determined based on member distribution.
We will deliver on Thursdays to pickup sites in Seattle, with locations depending on member distribution. We will work to have pickup sites convenient for all of our members.
We plan to also host pickups on Wednesdays on our farm on Vashon Island.
All members will receive an invitation to an appreciation day at our farm. Date TBD.
Pricing options:
Standard: $700. Averaging out to about $35 per box, this price reflects what we believe is fair for what you get. It comes out to slightly below market rate.
Reduced: $600. It is important to us that our produce remains accessible to a wide range of communities. We are open to selling some shares for less depending on the number of Sponsor boxes. Please email tiantianfarmwa@gmail.com for more details.
Sponsor: $800. For those who have the means and want to do more to help support our reduced-price boxes. If we sell more Sponsor boxes than Reduced boxes, we will offer refunds or market credit for the extra $100.

Online: We understand that check or Zelle payments are not feasible for everyone. In such cases, we accept payments via PayPal here.
